 | Shannon Lenstra, along with Fran Morisset, created Kon-Strux Developments Inc. in March 2007.
Although Shannon is kept busy running the day-to-day operation of the business and coordinating
the team, she can still be found assisting our Project Managers with estimating projects, client
relations and completing quality checks of on-going projects. Shannon’s diligence and passion help
to ensure that our customers receive the finest possible workmanship and value. Shannon is best
known for her positive and upbeat attitude that has helped motivate everyone at Kon-strux to be
the best team possible. Shannon’s philosophy is that “a satisfied customer is our greatest asset”.
This philosophy has allowed and will continue to allow Kon-strux Developments Inc. to grow and prosper. |

 | Fran Morisset co-founded Kon-strux Developments Inc. with Shannon Lenstra in March 2007.
She brings to the company her vast experience in Project Management. This experience as well
as her organizational and managerial skills have helped steer Kon-strux to its’ current
position in the market. Fran oversees each project, guiding it from its conception
through site planning and budgeting to occupancy and quality control. Fran is not only
recognized for her outstanding professional qualities, she is also known for her
straight-forward, fair and honest approach to any job. |

 | Julie-Anne Bryant has been with Kon-strux since the beginning, in 2007, as the Office Assistant and Special Tasks Coordinator. |

| Connie Pozzo |

Connie Pozzo comes to Kon-strux with a Telecommunications background where she completed her Journeyman Ticket
as a Communications Electrician. Connie worked as the Project Network Coordinator for 7 years, completing end to
end connections for facility networks across Canada. Connie has completed 1/3 of her PMP designation through Mount
Royal College and is looking forward to completing the rest of her training soon. She has a passion for the home
renovation industry and is a very integral part of Kon-strux’s Project Management team.
