What to expect during your renovations…

• Your Kon-strux Project Manager will contact you to let you know what the timeframe is for your renovation schedule  
• Our sub-trades are not responsible for moving furniture, art, items in closets or draperies/blinds
 
• There will be dust and debris during renovations. Although our sub-trades will try to contain their mess to the area they are working in, a renovation requires dusting and vacuuming. You may wish to take precautions, such as covering furniture or hanging sheets in doorways. All messes created by work completed in your home will be cleaned thoroughly at the end of the project. If you wish for cleaners to be brought in intermittently through your project, please notify your Project Manager.
 
• During the renovation process, please discuss any questions or concerns you may have with your Project Manager not the trade working in your home.
• On occasion, project scheduling and/or completion is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. We do regret all inconveniences this may cause.
 
• Any changes to the scope of the project will change the end delivery date of the project.
 
• Our terms are payment upon submission of invoices. Your Project Manager will deliver invoices to you in which payment is due within 48 hours.
